The 0-to-1 Sprint: validating product-market fit
Start here
Most companies only learn whether customers will rip a product out of their hands after product launch. The 0-1 Sprint eliminates the guesswork and helps you avoid wasting valuable time on features that don't drive sales.
We developed the 0-1 Sprint with top Silicon Valley startups and accelerators, and have brought more than 50 startups from $0-$1M ARR, often in weeks. It has become the essential playbook for launching products that take off from Day 1 and understanding how to fix existing products are struggling.
Going 0-1 is not looking for pain points. It's not market research. It's not a job to be done. It's not product testing. The key to product-market fit is unlocked when you learn to recognize customer demand, the critical element that determines whether your product will take off.
Developed by Rob Snyder and trusted by accelerators like a16z Speedrun and Harvard Innovation Labs, as well as fast-growing startups like ClearlyAI, Jump, Rubie, Offstream, Codyco, Flax and dozens more.

About Us

Rob Snyder is the creator of the PULL framework and the author of The Power of PULL, the missing guide to product-market fit and sales. He has personally guided more than 50 startups from $0 to $1M+ in annual recurring revenue, including one that went $0 to $25M in two years and another that hit $6M in eight weeks. Rob started his own company thinking he knew the standard playbook, spent two years getting it wrong, and rebuilt his approach from scratch. That rebuild became the operating system behind the PULL framework and The 0-1 Sprint: a repeatable, market-proven method for finding product-market fit. Rob writes the popular Substack "The Physics of Startups", where he breaks down the real mechanics behind why some products take off and most don't.

RC is a two-time founder and former Bain & Company consultant, where he led private equity due diligences and "second engine" projects for enterprise clients. Watching those projects launches struggle despite relentless work and following all the corporate innovation best practices sent him looking for answers, which he found with Rob Snyder's thinking on customer demand and immediately applied to his own venture. RC holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, runs a profitable media business that he owns, and cohosts "The Physics of Startup" podcast with Rob Snyder.
